Roles & Responsibilities:

- SE will be responsible for sourcing business and achieving the assigned targets through Branch, Open Market, etc.
- SE will be responsible for interacting with customers and explaining product features, terms, etc.
- Should be able to manage relationships with Customers / Branches / Dealerships / Stores.
- Should be able to manage relationships with Customers / Branches.
- Will be accountable for end-to-end loan documentation with the customer, including Pre and Post Documentation.
- Execute activities/events from time to time to augment business efforts.
- Will be responsible for daily updation of leads, lead tracking, DSR, etc.
- Ensure adherence to the prescribed guidelines and laid-down processes in the execution of responsibilities.
- Generate cross-sell leads for other products through self-sourcing/referral business.
