Develop new customers and dealers/distributors in the assigned area.

Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, hotels, restaurants and other potential customers.

Promote and sell the company’s flour/atta products.

Generate new sales leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Collect market feedback, competitor information and customer requirements.

Coordinate with the office/dispatch team for customer orders and deliveries.

Maintain regular records of customer visits, orders and payments.

Travel within Kanpur and other assigned areas as required.

Candidate Requirements

Sales experience preferred – FMCG, food products, atta/flour, grocery or related industry will be an advantage.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with field work and regular travelling.





Should be target-oriented and able to develop new business.

Basic smartphone knowledge required.

Must have own two-wheeler/vehicle and a valid driving licence.

Candidates from Kanpur or nearby areas preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000+ per month, depending on experience and suitability.

1% sales incentive in addition to salary.
