- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, finance and insurance options.

- Conduct product presentations and arrange test drives for customers.

- Generate leads through showroom visits, telephone calls, referrals and other sources.

- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert leads into sales.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales activities.

- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO and other departments to ensure smooth delivery.

- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and provide necessary support to customers.





- Collect customer feedback and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Follow company policies, sales processes and reporting requirements.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.

- Minimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.

- Candidates with experience in automobile sales, retail sales or customer service will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
