Job Summary

The person who makes it work on the ground. You install HG sensors across a clubs stabled population, prove the data holds through a racing season, and turn it into a compliance record the clubs stewards will accept.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver HG Sensor deployments across a clubs yards, from pilot to full population

- Install, commission and service sensors, and run the calibration that teaches the models each animal

- Build the injury and welfare reporting a club needs for its stewards, its regulator and - where it chooses - publication

- Specify HG Sensor Core or HG Sensor Enterprise on-site hosting where a club cannot or will not connect to an outside network

- Train club staff, trainers, grooms and veterinary teams on what the alerts mean and what to do about them

- Sit at the track on race days and see whether the system earned its place

Requirements





- Engineering or data science background, with hands-on comfort - you will be fitting hardware, not presenting slides about it

- Able to explain a models output to a trainer in the words a trainer uses

- Comfortable around horses and trained, or willing to be trained, in protected handling

- Willing to travel across Indian race centres and work to a racing calendar rather than an office one

- Understands that a claim you cannot support costs more than a sale you did not make
