Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive B2B and industrial sales for a manufacturing company. The candidate should have robust technical knowledge, client-handling skills and experience in business development and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B and industrial business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order follow-ups.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Estimation and Engineering teams.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales pipeline, enquiry records and CRM/MIS reports.




- Coordinate with customers from enquiry through order execution and delivery.
- Ensure timely follow-up for payments and commercial matters.

- 5–8 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Target-oriented and capable of developing new business.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
