Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer.

The Sales

Engineer will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their processing requirements, propose suitable Fry And Bake solutions, and support the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily activities include preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting product demonstrations and online presentations, and collaborating with engineering teams to align system configurations with customer needs. The role also involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Engineer will maintain accurate records of opportunities and customer interactions, contribute feedback to improve products and services, and represent Fry And Bake in a skilled and consultative manner.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate complex processing solutions into clear business value.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including consultative selling, relationship management, and follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with customers, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations.
- Background in mechanical, food, or process engineering, or a related technical discipline; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in industrial equipment, food processing, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple opportunities, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
- Comfort with virtual meetings, basic CAD or technical drawings, and interpreting process flow diagrams is an advantage.
- Willingness to collaborate across teams and continuously learn about new technologies and product updates.
