Responsibilities
- Build and run the pipeline for dairy, agriculture and specialty crops analytics across cooperatives, processors and government departments
- Develop relationships with Amul-scale cooperatives, NDDB, agricultural banks and state agriculture departments
- Lead product demonstrations and site visits, and shape the non-binding Intent to Buy that starts every deployment
- Work with the delivery team so what is sold is what can be deployed in that district
- Bring market feedback back into the product and pricing conversation
Requirements
- MBA, or a bachelors degree in agriculture, business or engineering with equivalent commercial experience
- 3+ years selling into agriculture, dairy, cooperatives or agri-fintech
- Understands precision agriculture, analytics and how a cooperative actually makes a decision
- Fluent English plus Hindi, Telugu or Punjabi
- Willing to travel; comfortable in a boardroom and a milking parlour on the same day
- Loves to see farmers succeed, understands their pain points, and can explain a recommendation in words a farmer uses
