We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur.

Role Responsibilities

- Communicate with US-based clients through calls, emails, and other business communication channels.
- Handle customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services and solutions.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and assist in converting leads into customers.
- Learn and apply sales strategies and client relationship management practices.
- Develop negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Learn international business communication standards and skilled client handling practices.
- Work closely with experienced professionals and receive practical training.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients.




- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Interest in customer relations, sales, and business communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

- Comfortable working from office during night shift hours.
