Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad

Budget: 20,000 to 30,000

Role Description:

- Coordinate and support the field sales team in daily operations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely follow-ups
- Track sales targets and prepare regular sales performance reports
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, operations) for order processing




- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
- Assist in preparing presentations and sales documents
- Maintain MIS reports and documentation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Solid organizational and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
