- Handle telephone, WhatsApp, email, and online customer enquiries.

- Understand customer printing requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

- Provide information regarding available printing services, materials, sizes, finishing options, pricing, and delivery timelines.

- Prepare and share quotations with customers based on their requirements.

- Follow up on quotations and enquiries to convert them into confirmed orders.

- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status and delivery.

Order Coordination

- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated.

- Collect and verify customer artwork, files, specifications, quantities, sizes, and other order details before processing.

- Ensure approved orders are forwarded to production with complete and accurate specifications.





- Follow up with the production team regarding job progress and expected completion dates.

- Coordinate with customers in case of changes, delays, clarifications, or additional requirements.

- Ensure completed orders are ready for collection or delivery as per the agreed timeline.

Sales and Business Development

- Actively follow up with existing and potential customers to generate repeat business.

- Maintain a database of enquiries, quotations, leads, and customers.

- Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional printing products and services.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
