We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, computer literacy, and sales coordination experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, clients, and management
- Handle sales orders, quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
- Maintain and update sales reports, databases, and records
- Follow up with customers and distributors regarding orders and payments
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery
- Handle emails, calls, and other sales-related communication
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Executive,



or similar role
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams
- Professional and confident personality
- Preferred age: 28–40 years
