Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and email communication is required.

Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or order management
- Experience in corrugation, packaging, paper, printing, or manufacturing industry preferred

- Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, schedules, dispatches , quality parameters .
- Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, and sales-related documentation.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmations and pending approvals.
- Maintain customer order records and status updates.
- Order Processing
- Enter orders into ERP/system accurately.
- Coordinate with production, planning, dispatch and other departments as required.
- Track delivery timelines and communicate delays proactively.
- Customer Communication
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally .



Co-ordinate effectively for required developments .
- Share dispatch details, invoices, logistics updates, development updates , other details as required proactively .
- Maintain solid customer relationships.
- MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Track sales targets vs achievement – customer-wise, product-wise. Follow up internally and from customers to achieve targeted sales.
- Maintain data related to pending orders, collections, and customer feedback precisely.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain records of POs, schedules, specifications, updates in schedules or specifications or else and dispatch documents. Prepare customer-wise registers.

- Ensure proper filing and document control.
- Support audit/document verification requirements.
- Cross-Functional Communication and Alignment Considering customer service in terms of order dispatch, quality, developments, change in requirements, pricing, and sampling, a Sales Coordinator needs to communicate effectively and efficiently within the organization to meet customer requirements.
