₹10,000/- In-Hand ### Key Responsibilities * Coordinate with the Sales Team through WhatsApp and phone calls.

- Communicate with dealers, distributors, and parties regarding orders, payments, and requirements.

Follow up on daily orders and ensure timely order processing.

Maintain daily sales records and reports.

- Handle billing and basic accounts-related work.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the Billing, Dispatch, and Accounts Departments.

Track pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.

Ensure proper and timely communication between the sales team and office. ### Requirements * Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Basic knowledge of Accounts and Billing.

Good communication and calling skills.

Positive knowledge of WhatsApp and office communication.

Ability to maintain records and reports systematically.

Previous experience in Sales Coordination/Office Administration preferred.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
