- Identify and develop current customers requiring transportation services.
- Generate leads through telephone calls, email, referrals and existing professional networks.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their transportation requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with operations, transporters, fleet owners and dispatch teams to support customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and prospective business.
- Maintain a simple record of leads, customers, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Achieve mutually agreed sales or business-development targets.
- Provide market feedback regarding transportation rates, customer requirements, and competitors.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
