Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, follow-ups, and coordination between customers and internal departments. The candidate should have good communication and coordination skills and preferably experience in the UPS, Inverter, Battery, Electrical, or Power Backup industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales team for day-to-day sales activities and customer requirements.

- Handle customer enquiries received through calls, emails, and other sources.

- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.

- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Purchase, Stores, Service, and Dispatch for smooth order execution.

- Prepare Sales Orders and maintain proper documentation.

- Maintain and update customer databases, enquiry details, quotation records, and order status.

- Track pending enquiries and follow up with the respective Sales Executives.





- Assist the Sales team in preparing sales reports, MIS, and other required reports.

- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and other requirements.

- Ensure timely communication and follow-up to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role.

- Experience in UPS, Inverter, Battery, Electrical, Power Backup, or related industry will be preferred.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting.

- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

- Salary- As per company standards and candidate experience.
