Your Future Role

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to grow the ESS business with automotive manufacturers in northern India. The role is based in Bangalore, with regular travel to customers in the territory.

This is an ownership role. You carry your accounts from first conversation to signed contract: finding opportunities, presenting our software, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms.

You will work with paint shop planning, body design, and operations teams on topics related to corrosion protection, painting simulation, and process optimization. Over time, you will learn how paint shop projects are evaluated, won, and delivered in practice.

Main Tasks

- Build and grow the ESS pipeline with automotive OEMs and suppliers across northern India: Delhi NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand.
- Build relationships with decision makers in body design, paint shop planning, and operations.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and workshops for the ESS software portfolio.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts to close, and own account planning against agreed targets.
- Work with the technical teams in Steyr, Austria, to turn customer requirements into solution scope.
- Represent ESS at industry events and customer meetings; feed market trends back to headquarters.

What We Expect





- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales and sales management: pipeline development, forecasting, and closing.
- Strong communication skills; able to engage both engineers and management.
- Ability to deliver training and product presentations, individually and in groups.
- Preferred: business development experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial software.
- Willingness to travel internationally. Fluent English required.
