Role Description

Sales Associate – Inside Sales

Milestone Infra is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Associate for a full-time, in office role in Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating and following up on sales leads, communicating with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable solutions, preparing quotations, and converting inquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, manage, and follow up on leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, website inquiries, WhatsApp, and other sources through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products, and provide relevant product information, quotations, pricing,



and offers.
- Follow up on inquiries and quotations, maintain existing customer relationships, and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, dispatch, and order status.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales using Excel, CRM, or other business tools.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while monitoring customer feedback, competitor pricing, and market requirements.
- Ensure qualified, timely, and effective communication with customers throughout the complete sales process.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and customer-handling skills with good B2B telephone etiquette.
- Ability to understand customer needs, recommend products, and manage inquiries and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email & WhatsApp.
- Target-driven, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a desk-based sales role.
- B2B/inside sales or experience in construction, industrial products, or wholesale trading is preferred.
- Knowledge of coating materials, waterproofing, or construction chemicals is an added advantage.
- Minimum 12th standard; graduates preferred. Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
