Role Description The Sales Associate Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, supporting the brand’s retail and customer engagement activities. In this role, the intern will assist customers in-store, present product features and benefits, and help them select garments that match their preferences and needs.

The intern will manage basic store operations such as maintaining displays, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. They will support sales processes, including order handling, billing, and packaging, while collecting customer feedback to share with the team.

Intern will also collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams on in-store promotions and events, helping to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Customer service and relationship-building skills,



with the ability to engage warmly and professionally with diverse customers.
- Sales and retail skills, including basic product presentation, upselling, and familiarity with point-of-sale processes.
- Communication skills, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages (such as Tamil) is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of fashion, textiles, or luxury retail, with a robust interest in children’s fashion and premium brands.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining displays, stock accuracy, and store presentation standards.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Chennai, including weekends or peak seasons as needed.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in sales, retail management, marketing, or hospitality is beneficial.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
