Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations and day-to-day activities of the HP Commercial Experience Centre.
- Handle and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and business clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HP products and solutions based on their business needs.
- Conduct and coordinate hands-on product demonstrations for customers.
- Ensure a qualified and engaging customer experience at the centre.
- Manage centre operations, including staff coordination, scheduling, inventory, facilities, and overall upkeep.
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams to support customer requirements and business opportunities.
- Track customer visits, enquiries, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and operational issues.
- Monitor centre performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Maintain brand standards, presentation, and overall discipline of the experience centre.




- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and centre performance.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records of HP products, demo units, accessories.
- Handle the reception/front desk and ensure smooth management of visitors, appointments, calls, and customer enquiries.
- Welcome and greet customers and visitors professionally, understand their requirements, and ensure they receive proper assistance during their visit.
- Maintain a customer and visitor log and ensure all walk-ins and scheduled visitors are properly attended to.
- Ensure the reception area and experience centre are well-maintained, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, demonstrations, customer meetings, and other centre-related requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
