Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls and meetings, and presenting SMS and messaging solutions to potential and existing clients.

The Sales

Associate will prepare proposals, support contract negotiations, and follow up consistently to close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM,



coordinating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities and performance and delivering professional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or SaaS.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and work towards measurable sales targets.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic data analysis, and standard office software to track and report activities.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of SMS, messaging platforms, or digital communication solutions is an advantage.
