Athira is an affordable luxury 925 sterling silver jewellery brand for modern Indian professionals. We're launching our first mall kiosk in Bhopal and are hiring a Sales Associate to be the face of our brand at this new physical touchpoint.

This is a great opportunity to join an early-stage, rapid-growing D2C jewellery brand and be part of our offline retail expansion from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and engage customers at the kiosk, understanding their preferences and guiding them to suitable pieces
- Handle day-to-day sales, billing, and basic inventory upkeep at the kiosk
- Maintain kiosk presentation, display standards, and product organization
- Build customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals
- Communicate product details clearly, including material, care instructions, and brand policies (returns,



exchange, warranty)
- Report daily sales and stock updates to the founding team

Requirements:

- Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply
- Comfortable with basic billing/POS operations (training provided)
- Presentable, well-spoken, and customer-service oriented
- Based in or able to commute daily to Bhopal

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM Compensation: ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives
