COSMA is a growing company focused on building strong business partnerships and creating impactful solutions for its clients. We’re looking for someone who can help us expand our network, drive sales, and build long-term partnerships.
What you will own
- The sales team telecalling and field. Their targets, their weekly review, their coaching, and their numbers.
- Doctor and clinic partnerships across Delhi NCR, then two Tier-2 clusters.
- Pathology lab and pharmacy channel tie-ups.
- Patient funnel conversion the percentage, not the call count.
- Corporate and CSR conversations that feed trial enrolment.
- A weekly number that lands without anyone asking for it.
You will fit if
- You have 47 years of field sales in pharma, medical devices, diagnostics or IVF,
including managing at least two people.
- You have opened a territory from zero, not inherited one.
- You know your own conversion rate without checking.
- You can hold a scientific conversation with an OB-GYN without a leave-behind in your hand.
- You still enjoy being in the field. This is not a desk job.

- You manage but no longer sell. Here you do both.
- Your results are all team results and you cannot separate out your own.
- You have only sold where the brand name opened the door.
- You are comfortable paying doctors for referrals. We work strictly within UCPMP. No cash, ever.
Details 55,000 – 75,000 per month plus incentive. Noida, in office, with field travel.
