Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing plans for key pharmaceutical products, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing relationships with existing customers and distributors.

The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities, while tracking market trends and competitor activities.



Daily responsibilities include preparing sales reports, conducting product presentations and training sessions, supporting customer queries, and contributing to campaigns that enhance brand visibility and market share.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills and experience in Sales Management to drive revenue growth and manage accounts or territories.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to deliver product knowledge and sales enablement sessions to internal teams and partners.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales and marketing is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze market data, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales tools effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting in Mumbai.
