Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, presenting Exodrone Systems’ product portfolio, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate product demonstrations, and participate in industry events to build brand awareness.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals, maintaining CRM records, responding to customer inquiries,



and collaborating with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs. The role also includes providing training and support to customers and internal teams on product features and perks, while tracking market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a technical or B2B environment.
- Ability to deliver Training to customers and internal stakeholders on product use, benefits, and best practices.
- Experience with Sales Management activities such as pipeline tracking, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, including campaign planning, digital outreach, and event participation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working with technology products; prior experience in drones, aerospace, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Hyderabad with occasional travel as needed.
