Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The person in this role will identify and engage potential clients, present Byteriver’s products and services, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via email, phone, and online channels, nurturing relationships, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.

The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, promoting digital solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities.



The Sales and Marketing Representative will provide responsive customer service, deliver product training and demos when needed, and contribute feedback to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service experience with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
- Sales & Marketing experience, including supporting campaigns, promoting digital solutions, and understanding market trends.
- Training skills to deliver product presentations, demos, and basic onboarding support for new clients.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong time management and self-organization abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools; proficiency with standard office productivity applications.
- Prior experience in software, SaaS, or technology services sales is beneficial.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
