We’re Hiring | Sales & Marketing Associate Paras Printpack | Greater Noida We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to work closely with the Founders and support the growth of our B2 B business. We work in the flexible packaging industry, serving clients across FMCG, Beauty and Pharmaceuticals and other industries. What you’ll do:

- Identify and reach out to potential B2 B customers- Research companies, brands and relevant markets to generate leads- Manage follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline- Coordinate with clients and internal teams through the sales process- Assist with quotations, presentations, samples and other sales requirements- Support marketing activities, customer communication and industry outreach- Track leads, opportunities and ongoing conversations- Work closely with the Founders on new business opportunities and initiatives What we’re looking for:




- Proactive and willing to take end-to-end ownership of assigned work- Curious, eager to learn and genuinely interested in the packaging/FMCG industry- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Comfortable with research, outreach and speaking to clients- Organised, detail-oriented and strong on follow-through- Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do Location: Greater Noida Preferred: Candidates based in Noida / Greater Noida This is a hands-on role with an prospect to learn directly from the Founders and grow with the business.
