Retail Innovation Intern – Tulsi Studio

Tulsi Studio is a recent made-to-order fashion concept by Tulsi Fabrics, currently being tested before expansion through a franchise model.

We are looking for an intern to help us test and improve the concept in a real retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Introduce Tulsi Studio to customers and guide them through the experience
- Help customers select fabrics, sizes, fits and design options
- Collect structured customer feedback
- Track enquiries, conversions, order values and reasons for lost sales
- Observe customer behaviour and identify gaps in the Studio experience
- Follow up on selected orders for feedback on fit, quality and delivery
- Maintain pilot data in Excel/Google Sheets




- Share weekly insights and recommendations with management
- Help identify processes that need to be standardized before franchising

Ideal Candidate
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Comfortable working on the retail floor
- Analytical and organized
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Interested in retail, fashion, business, marketing or entrepreneurship

This is a hands-on role for someone interested in understanding how a new retail concept is tested, improved and scaled. Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
