Role Overview

MVParc is seeking energetic, self-motivated college students and recent graduates looking to kickstart their careers in B2B sales. This remote, versatile role offers hands-on training in modern outbound sales strategies, outreach automation, and lead generation, allowing you to build valuable commercial skills while earning competitive, uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Generation & Research: Identify and qualify potential B2B prospects across targeted industries.

- Execute multi-channel cold outreach campaigns and structured follow-ups via email, LinkedIn, and social platforms.

* Pipeline Management: Connect qualified, interested prospects directly with the core sales team for discovery calls and deal closures.

* Reporting: Maintain clean outreach data and update lead pipelines within internal CRM systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate program, or a recent graduate.

- High self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
