Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized account manager to manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, receivables, and payables.
- Monitor branch-wise collections, cash deposits, and outstanding payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with management, HR, and branch teams regarding financial matters.
- Monitor employee payroll inputs, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Support management with financial analysis and budgeting when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce,



accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the gym, fitness, retail, or multi-branch business will be an advantage.
