Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sage X3 Technical Developer Trainer to deliver high-quality, hands-on training to learners and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Sage X3 development and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, practical, and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led, onsite training on Sage X3 Technical Development .
- Design and deliver structured training programs covering core and advanced technical concepts.
- Conduct practical, hands-on sessions, exercises, assignments, and real-world use cases.
- Train participants on areas such as:
- Sage X3 architecture and development workplace
- 4GL programming and development
- Screens, windows, and objects
- Scripts and sub-programs
- Tables, classes, and database concepts
- Import/export processes
- Web services and integrations
- Customization and development best practices
- Troubleshooting and debugging
- Prepare training materials, presentations, documentation, exercises, and assessments.




- Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with Sage X3 technical features, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Sage X3 Technical Developer and/or Sage X3 Technical Trainer .
- Strong hands-on experience with Sage X3 4GL development .
- Good understanding of Sage X3 architecture, development tools, and customization.
- Experience with Sage X3 screens, objects, scripts, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Experience with web services and system integrations is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts and deliver practical, hands-on learning.
- Prior training or mentoring experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Sage X3 technical certifications, if available.
- Experience delivering corporate or classroom training.
- Experience working on multiple Sage X3 implementation or customization projects.
