We are hiring an experienced SEO Expert / SEO Manager to lead our in-house SEO function for a growing IT Web & Mobile App Development company.

The role is focused on organic lead generation, service-based keyword growth, and building a consistent SEO-driven sales pipeline — not client/agency SEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Drive organic leads for web & mobile app development services .
- Manage on-page, technical, off-page SEO and content strategies.
- Build and improve rankings for high-intent commercial/service keywords.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions, leads and SEO ROI.
- Conduct keyword, competitor and market research.




- Identify new organic growth opportunities across international markets.
- Lead, mentor and manage a 15+ member SEO team .
- Set team KPIs, review performance and ensure execution against targets.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search trends and modern SEO practices.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience .
- Strong experience in B2B / IT Services / SaaS SEO preferred.
- Proven experience in organic lead generation and conversion-focused SEO .
- Experience managing a 15+ member SEO team .
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, link building and CRO.
- Data-driven approach with a robust focus on business outcomes and lead generation .
