Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for UiPath-based automation solutions deployed across business functions.
- Monitor RPA bots, workflows and production environments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests and production issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure and business teams to ensure platform stability and optimization.
- Support UiPath Orchestrator administration, job scheduling, bot management and environment maintenance.
- Manage bot deployments, version upgrades and release support activities.
- Prepare operational reports, maintenance documentation and support metrics.
- Participate in on-call support and critical incident management activities as required.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and RPA technologies.
- Proven experience in UiPath Application Support, Production Support and Incident Management.
- Good understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, Queues, Assets and Processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting bot failures, runtime exceptions and infrastructure-related issues.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes,



including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems and service management platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced support environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath Certification (Associate, Advanced Developer or equivalent).
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale RPA implementations.
- Exposure to automation governance and operational excellence practices.
- Knowledge of SQL, Windows Server administration and automation infrastructure is an added advantage.
