- API Integrations & Chatbots
- ITIL Process Knowledge (L2/L3 Support)
- Automation Design & Enhancement

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, deploy, and support UiPath automation solutions.
- Build internal automations to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Enhance existing automations to improve performance, stability, and scalability.
- Develop solutions using Python and Power Automate.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities, APIs, chatbots, and cloud services.




- Perform troubleshooting, incident resolution, and automation optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation, testing, compliance, and change management standards.
- Identify automation opportunities and track business value (time saved, effort reduced).

Required Skills

- Robust expertise in UiPath, Power Automate, and Python.
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Understanding of Process Design Documents (PDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
