Role & responsibilities

- Automation Build: Configure end-to-end Blue Prism processes and reusable objects utilizing Process Studio and Object Studio according to standard core design principles.

- Pipeline Management: Manage robot workloads, session setups, and transaction logic via Blue Prism Work Queues and Control Room parameters.

- Technical Documentation: Author, maintain, and review critical lifecycle artifacts including Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).

- Testing & Optimization: Create precise pre-UAT testing procedures, execute performance tuning, and support operations teams during live UAT rollouts.

- Change Engineering: Investigate operational discrepancies, handle production exceptions, and deploy software changes through structured release control.

Preferred candidate profile





- Experience Threshold: Minimum 2+ years of continuous hands-on development experience strictly inside the enterprise Blue Prism environment.

- Mandatory Certification: Active Blue Prism Certified Developer (AD01) credential is highly preferred.

- Tooling Fluency: Robust background with multi-bot architecture, internal VBO tracking, and exception handling logic.

- Methodologies: Practical familiarity working within structured Software Development Lifecycles (Agile or Waterfall).

- Soft Skills: Excellent logical problem-solving abilities paired with clean written documentation and client communication structures.
