Role Description The Roku Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, validating, and overseeing end-to-end Roku solutions that align with client requirements. This contract, on-site role based in Bengaluru includes collaborating with product, engineering, and consulting teams to define technical roadmaps, streaming application architecture, and integration patterns with backend services.

Day-to-day activities involve creating scalable solution designs, guiding developers on implementation best practices, resolving technical issues, and ensuring performance, security, and reliability across Roku applications. The role also includes engaging with clients to translate business processes into technical solutions, preparing documentation,



and participating in reviews to maintain high-quality delivery standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Solution Architecture skills with experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Roku or OTT platforms.
- Consulting experience, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Hands-on Software Development background, ideally in Roku (BrightScript, SceneGraph) or related streaming technologies.
- Integration expertise with APIs, backend services, and data platforms, including experience with end-to-end system integration and testing.
- Understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with the ability to map workflows into AI-enabled and streaming-centric solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure) and contemporary software architectures (microservices, event-driven systems) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products or decisioning systems and their integration into consumer-facing applications is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple client projects within defined timelines.
