Role Description The Robotics Trainer will deliver hands-on robotics and STEM training sessions to students and educators, using RoboGenius curricula, kits, and tools in line with the 5C Creative Technology Framework. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom and lab activities, guiding learners through robotics projects, and supporting competitive robotics preparation such as WRO.



The trainer will set up and maintain robotics lab equipment, ensure safe and effective use of tools, and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues during sessions.

The role also includes collaborating with school staff, providing feedback on learner progress, participating in educator training programs, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching materials and methodologies.

Qualifications

- Robotics and Robot operation skills, including familiarity with educational robotics platforms and classroom lab setups.
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills for identifying issues, performing routine checks, and maintaining robotics equipment.
- Exposure to Robotic Welding or industrial robotics is an advantage, especially for demonstrating advanced applications of robotics.
- Experience delivering STEM or technology training to school-age learners or educators in a structured environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse learners.
- Comfort working on-site in school environments in Gurugram, with a learner-centered, inclusive, and gender-neutral teaching approach.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapt to current technologies, and follow academic and safety guidelines.
