Robo Labs is a Kolkata-based EdTech company delivering embedded Robotics, AI, and STEAM education programs (Grades 3–12) at partner schools across the city. We're growing our team and looking for a passionate Robotics & AI STEM Trainer to inspire the next generation of innovators!

What You'll Do

Conduct engaging robotics, coding, and AI classes for students (Grades 3–12) as per the Robo Labs curriculum

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot robotics kits and lab equipment at assigned schools

Track student progress and prepare session/performance reports

Guide students on projects, competitions, and STEAM exhibitions

Coordinate with school coordinators/principals on scheduling and feedback

Maintain accurate records in the shared MIS tracker (attendance, session logs, kit inventory)

Support curriculum refinement based on classroom feedback

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field (B.Tech/BCA/Diploma also considered)

Strong understanding of robotics kits (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, motors)



and basic AI/coding concepts (Scratch, Python, App Inventor, etc.)

Prior teaching/training experience preferred, especially with school-age students

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Comfortable traveling between partner schools within Kolkata

Patience, creativity, and a passion for making STEM fun and accessible

Nice to Have

Experience with AI/ML basics for young learners (AI literacy modules)

Familiarity with competition platforms (WRO, FIRST LEGO League, ATL)

Prior experience in an EdTech or training organization
