Axsot is hiring a Senior Institutional Reporting & Methodology QA Lead for its portfolio company, Faxoc.

Faxoc develops evidence-based executive, governance, investment and enterprise decision intelligence for Boards, CXOs, Private Equity firms and institutional investors.

Faxoc’s products combine structured client intake, controlled evidence, analytical methodology, risk ratings and institutional reports. The successful candidate will ensure that these products are not only technically functional but also logically correct, evidence-grounded, internally consistent and defensible before senior decision-makers.

This is not a conventional software-testing role. It is a senior assurance position at the intersection of institutional reporting, governance, enterprise risk, methodology, data quality and digital product QA.

Role Purpose The Senior Institutional Reporting & Methodology QA Lead will own the independent quality assurance of Faxoc’s intelligence products from client intake through evidence verification, analysis, rating and final report release.

- The available inputs are sufficient to produce the expected outputs.
- Every material conclusion is supported by attributable evidence.
- Rating and risk logic follows the approved methodology.
- Contradictions, exceptions and evidence limitations are handled correctly.
- Intake records reconcile with report findings.
- Reports are institutionally credible and decision-useful.
- Digital workflows, permissions, calculations and exports operate correctly.
- A product is ready for controlled client release.

Methodology and rating assurance
- Verify that ratings, risk positions, confidence determinations and conclusions follow the approved Faxoc methodology.
- Test rating thresholds, decision rules, exceptions and judgment requirements.
- Confirm that grades, residual risk, trajectory, confidence and recommendations remain separate determinations.
- Identify unsupported inference, circular reasoning, false precision and overstated conclusions.
- Ensure that respondents cannot select, influence or manipulate a Faxoc rating, finding, opinion or release outcome.
- Escalate methodology ambiguity to the authorized methodology owner.

Evidence sufficiency and traceability
- Confirm that every material statement,



finding and conclusion is supported by attributable evidence.
- Evaluate evidence authority, relevance, recency, scope, completeness and acceptance.
- Verify evidence identities, references, hashes, dates, versions and supersession records.
- Confirm that report citations resolve to controlled evidence records.
- Ensure that unavailable, restricted, disputed or contradictory evidence remains visible as a limitation.
- Test whether evidence limitations appropriately affect confidence, conclusions and release eligibility.

Intake-to-report reconciliation
- Verify that every report output has sufficient and logically relevant intake inputs.
- Confirm that validated facts are collected once and carried forward accurately.
- Test inherited values, cross-page dependencies, stale-state behaviour and correction routes.
- Ensure that changes to upstream facts invalidate all affected downstream confirmations.
- Reconcile intake records, evidence registers, analytical outputs and final reports.
- Identify missing inputs, duplicated questions, overlapping controls and unnecessary user burden.

Institutional report review
- Review reports from the perspective of Boards, CXOs, Private Equity and institutional investors.
- Assess decision usefulness, clarity, credibility and commercial value.
- Verify distinctions between accountability, responsibility, reporting lines, delegated authority, governance and execution.
- Identify language that is ambiguous, repetitive, noisy, unsupported or institutionally inappropriate.
- Confirm that recommendations state the issue, required action, accountable authority, timing and return trigger.
- Ensure that every page contributes materially to the governing decision.

Product and workflow quality assurance
- Own end-to-end test strategies for intake, verification, analysis and reporting workflows.
- Test navigation, validation, dropdowns, conditional fields,



dates, calculations, uploads and submissions.
- Verify draft, complete, stale, blocked, ready, submitted and superseded lifecycle states.
- Test concurrent editing, version conflicts, recovery and data-loss prevention.
- Verify role-based access, authorized-recipient controls and restricted-evidence handling.
- Confirm that error messages identify the precise issue and correction route.
- Validate application behaviour across supported browsers and responsive layouts.

Report and custom-PDF assurance
- Verify report rendering within Faxoc’s custom landscape and energetic-height PDF framework.
- Test typography, spacing, tables, charts, status indicators, colour semantics and page identification.
- Confirm that no material content is clipped, hidden, duplicated or separated from its governing context.
- Test minimum, maximum, missing, contradictory and exceptional data conditions.
- Ensure that exported client reports match the approved controlled content.
- Verify that confidentiality markings, page references and release controls remain intact.

Security and release assurance
- Confirm that restricted evidence and confidential information are not exposed through browser storage, logs, exports or error messages.
- Verify upload authorization, malware scanning, classification, retention and access logging.
- Test immutable submission records, source digests, audit events and supersession relationships.
- Maintain functional, methodological, evidential, security and accessibility release gates.
- Block release when material defects, unresolved contradictions or evidence-integrity issues remain.
- Produce a documented QA position for every material product release.

QA leadership
- Establish controlled test cases, datasets, expected outcomes and defect-severity rules.
- Build reusable regression-testing standards across Faxoc solutions.
- Train and supervise junior QA analysts, testers and interns.
- Review testing evidence rather than accepting unsupported pass declarations.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, tests, defects, corrections and release decisions.
- Present significant findings and release risks clearly to Faxoc leadership and Axsot stakeholders.
