Role Description The Rider role at OZi is a full time hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as reporting or coordination. Riders are responsible for picking up and delivering customer orders accurately and on time, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing delivery schedules, navigating to customer locations using maps or delivery applications, and handling products with care.

The Rider will interact with customers courteously,



manage digital payments or delivery confirmations, and coordinate with the operations team to resolve any delivery-related issues. The role may also involve basic documentation, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining the assigned vehicle or equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

- Strong navigation and route-planning abilities, including use of map and delivery applications.
- Good communication and customer service skills for interacting with parents and families.
- Reliable time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Basic digital literacy, including use of smartphones for order updates, payments, and confirmations.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and access to a well-maintained vehicle (if required by local regulations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages safely and follow all safety and traffic rules.
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or quick commerce is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfort working in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
