Shenzhen Ruisheng Outdoor High-Brightness LCD Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer integrating the R&D;, production, and sales of outdoor high-brightness LCD screens. Our product range varies from 7 inches to 98 inches, primarily serving outdoor display equipment such as advertisers, electric vehicle charging stations, and smart bus stops. Due to the continuous expansion of our business scale and the steady development of the market, we are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

This is a true end-to-end ownership role: strategy, execution, SEO, AEO/GEO, CMS management, and major web initiatives. You'll partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, HR, and Leadership to ensure our website performs as a business-critical channel.

The right person is equally comfortable owning a roadmap and getting into the weeds.





What we're looking for

→ Proven experience owning a B2B website as a business channel

→ Strong technical SEO skills + working knowledge of AEO/GEO

→ Experience with HubSpot CMS, structured data, and web analytics tools

→ Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
