We’re looking for a Retention Marketer who can turn our existing customer base into a serious revenue channel through WhatsApp, Email and lifecycle marketing.

This isn’t about sending more broadcasts. It’s about understanding customer behaviour, increasing repeat purchases and improving LTV.

? What You’ll Be Doing

- Own retention strategy across Clayco’s customer base, focused on repeat purchases, LTV and retention revenue
- Plan and execute WhatsApp & Email campaigns across product launches, offers and key customer lifecycle moments
- Build automated journeys across Welcome, Abandoned Cart, COD, Post-Purchase, Cross-Sell, Repeat Purchase, Win-Back and Reactivation
- Segment customers intelligently using purchase behaviour, recency, frequency, AOV and engagement
- Analyse customer journeys to identify drop-offs and opportunities to recover revenue
- Continuously test messaging, offers, creatives, audiences, timings and automations
- Own the numbers, including Repeat Purchase Rate, LTV, Returning Customer Revenue, WhatsApp & Email Revenue and Recovery Rates
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, Creative,



E-commerce and Brand teams to drive incremental revenue
- Develop actionable insights from customer data and continuously improve the retention funnel

? What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Retention, CRM, Lifecycle or D2C Marketing
- Hands-on D2C/e-commerce experience across WhatsApp and Email
- Experience building automated customer journeys, not just broadcasts
- Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce customer journeys
- Familiarity with BiteSpeed, GoKwik, Klaviyo, WebEngage, Interakt, WATI, AiSensy, Netcore or similar tools
- A performance mindset, where revenue and LTV matter more than vanity metrics
- Strong understanding of data, copy, offers, consumer psychology and conversion
- Ability to take ownership independently, work cross-functionally and translate insights into action
