? Key Responsibilities• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer

- Lead the team with a solid focus on customer service & satisfaction
- Understand customer needs and ensure the right product recommendations
- Handle customer queries, feedback and concerns professionally
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Drive sales while maintaining the highest standards of service
- Coach and motivate the team to deliver consistent service excellence
- Ensure store presentation, VM and product availability meet brand standards
- Monitor key performance indicators and take action to improve both sales & customer experience
