Job Title : Retail Store Manager
Experience : 4-6 Years in Retail and Departmental Store
Location : Udaipur
Role & Responsibilites :
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle staff, shift planning and team performance.
- Monitor sales, targets and customer service.
- Manage stock, inventory and billing-related activities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Maintain store discipline, cleanliness and visual presentation.
Qualification & Skills :
- 4 years of experience in Retail / Departmental Store Management.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Robust knowledge of sales, inventory and store operations.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
