Store Manager – Exclusive Retail Showroom

Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day showroom operations.

- Achieve monthly, weekly and daily sales targets.

- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team.

- Allocate daily responsibilities to staff and monitor performance.

- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor sales, stock and inventory on a regular basis.

- Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.

- Supervise billing/POS and cash-related operations.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

- Ensure proper opening and closing of the showroom.

- Prepare and maintain daily sales and store reports.

- Monitor staff attendance, discipline and grooming.

- Train and guide sales staff to improve their performance.

- Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock and operational requirements.

- Ensure company policies and showroom standards are followed.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in retail/store management preferred.

- Experience in fashion, footwear, apparel, sports or lifestyle retail will be an advantage.





- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

- Knowledge of inventory management and POS/billing systems.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

- Good grooming and professional personality.
