Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

- Show jewellery products and help customers select the right product.

- Explain product details, price, weight, purity, making charges, and offers.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Handle customer enquiries and provide positive customer service.

- Promote new collections, offers, and schemes.

- Maintain proper display of jewellery in the showroom.

- Handle jewellery carefully and follow showroom security procedures.

- Support billing and coordinate with the billing/inventory team.

- Maintain good relationships with customers and follow up on enquiries.

- Keep the showroom clean and organized.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass;

- 2 to 10 years of retail/jewellery sales experience preferred.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Pleasant personality and good grooming.

- Basic computer

- Target-oriented and willing to work in shifts/weekends.
