Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers, provide product information, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
- Recommend products and upsell when appropriate
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions
- Stock shelves and maintain store presentation
- Meet sales goals and support team objectives

Qualifications:

- High school
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
