Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers visiting the showroom and assist them by showing gold, silver, diamond, or other jewellery based on their requirements.

- Provide accurate information about purity (karat), weight, making charges, and design of jewellery.

- Explain new designs and ongoing schemes to customers and close sales effectively.

- Take out stock every morning and recount/store it safely at night. Maintain proper display arrangement.

- Maintain contact with existing customers and inform them about new collections or offers.

- Prepare accurate billing after sales and assist in payment processes.

Required Skills:

- Positive communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English).

- Strong presentation and convincing skills.

- Customer handling ability.

- Willingness to work on sales targets.

- Professional grooming and disciplined behaviour.

Detailed Job Duties:

➤ Provide Professional Customer Assistance:

- Greet customers with a smile when they enter the showroom.

- Offer seating and hospitality (water, etc.).

- Understand customer needs, budget, and occasion (wedding, anniversary, gift, etc.) by asking relevant questions.

- Make customers feel comfortable and confident.

- Build trust by explaining in simple language with examples.

➤ Suggest Products & Close Sales:

- Present 2–3 best options based on customer preference and budget.

- Highlight product benefits and features.





- Provide information about offers, EMI options, and exchange policies.

- Confidently close the sale.

➤ Achieve Sales Targets:

- Work towards daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.

- Prepare daily sales reports.

- Follow up with customers via calls/messages and invite them back to the showroom.

- Put in extra effort during peak seasons and festivals.

➤ Stock & Display Management:

- Keep showroom displays clean and attractive.

- Participate in stock counting.

- Inform the manager about low-stock items.

- Follow safety guidelines while handling products.

➤ Billing & Order Processing:

- Ensure accurate billing for customer purchases.

- Handle payments (Cash, Card, UPI, and EMI).

- Provide clear information about order booking and delivery timelines.

- Hand over required documents and certificates.

➤ Build Long-Term Customer Relationships:

- Send thank-you messages/calls after purchase.

- Inform customers about new collections and offers.

- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.

- Generate new customers through referrals.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
