About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Manager to oversee retail operations, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence across multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing retail teams, and a proven track record of achieving business targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores.
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor store KPIs and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation across all stores.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimize stock losses.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer insights to improve business performance.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, HR,



and operations teams to support business objectives.
- Conduct regular store audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports for management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in retail management, preferably managing multiple stores or regions.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
- Proven experience in driving sales growth and achieving business targets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in luxury retail, watches, eyewear, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or premium retail brands.
- Experience in handling multiple store locations across regions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
