Role Description This is a full time, on-site Retail Architect role based in Faridabad.

The Retail

Architect will be responsible for translating brand requirements into functional and visually compelling retail spaces, including stores, QSR outlets, airport retail, and commercial interiors. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural concepts and layouts, preparing detailed drawings and technical documentation, coordinating with internal design, engineering, and project management teams, and ensuring design compliance with brand guidelines, building codes, and safety standards.



The role involves regular site visits for design validation, coordination with contractors and vendors, and monitoring execution quality and timelines.

The Retail

Architect will also collaborate with clients, consultants, mall and airport authorities to resolve design issues, support fast-track rollouts, and optimize space utilization and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space planning, retail layout design, and facade development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and overseeing fit-out execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only as they relate to using and integrating design and project management tools (e.g., BIM platforms, CAD software, and collaboration systems).
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with construction detailing, materials, and finishes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with prior experience in retail, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred.
- Knowledge of local building regulations, safety standards, and compliance processes, especially for mall and airport environments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
