Key Responsibilities

- Spatial Design & Planning: Create customer-centric retail layouts, optimizing zoning for product displays, lounge areas, service bays, and interactive touchpoints
- 3D Visualization: Deliver high-quality 3D renders, walk-throughs, interior elevations, material boards, and lighting concepts for leadership approval
- Project Management: Manage full project lifecycles from initial site measurement to final handover. Develop GFC drawings, BOQs, and technical specs while tracking store rollout timelines
- Vendor & Site Execution: Source, onboard, and coordinate fit-out vendors, contractors, and MEP consultants.



Conduct site visits to audit quality, resolve structural bottlenecks, and clear snag lists
- Graphic design: Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) specifically tailored for creating vector artwork, print layouts, retail graphics, and signage specs

Ideal candidate

- Education & Experience: B.Arch or B.Des in Interior Design with 3–4 years in retail architecture or commercial interior execution
- Software Toolkit: Advanced AutoCAD; expert proficiency in SketchUp / 3ds Max / Rhino with V-Ray / Enscape / Corona; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Technical Domain Skills: Strong knowledge of retail joinery, material selection, lighting design, fit-out costing, and BOQ reviews
- Execution & Ownership: Proven track record of handling vendor negotiations, site quality audits, and concurrent multi-store rollouts in a quick-paced environment
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills to align with Brand, Retail Expansion, and Dealer Development teams
